OUR SALON POLICIES
CANCELLATION
A minimum of 48 hours is required for all cancellations. Cancellations under 48 hours or day of will be subject to a 50% fee of service price. If you cancel twice within the cancellation period we will ask to take payment for your next appointment.
PAYMENT
Cash, Check or Credit, gratuity cannot be added onto credit cards.
REFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS
Refunds are not extended for services. We take pride in our work and provide complimentary adjustments up to 7 days after service.
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
A minimum of 48 hours is required for all rescheduling. If you reschedule two times consecutively, we will ask you to pay 50% of the appointment upfront before rescheduling.
